great location, close to freeway. close to downtown, and Cal Poly. Yes, the place is old, but clean, nice personal touches like motion sensors that light your path in the middle of night as you go to bathroom. Its well stocked in the kitchen as well as the washer and dryer (which I did not use). recommend it.

The house was a bit dated and in need of some minor repair, but the location was excellent for our purposes. Road noise was fairly constant but quieted some at night and being indoors with bedroom windows closed allowed easy sleep. Everything was in good working order and basic essentials for the stay were well-stocked and available. Had no need to contact the owner during the stay, as all was as expected and as needed. I did send a note to notify that we were leaving and got a very quick and kind reply.
