Spotless, easy check-in & out, host quick to answer questions. Great location with easy walk to campus / stadium or downtown. Super convenient park directly out front. Very comfortable stay!

Such a convenient location and well-appointed property. Loved all the UTK touches! The mattresses and bedding were amazing - got the best sleep in recent memory. Easy departure process and great communication with host. Will absolutely be staying again!

Awesome, cozy loft. Very clean and well stocked. No doors on bedrooms, only upstairs bathroom is in master bedroom. Pretty close to downtown and lots of shops. Overall, was a very lovely place to stay.

Great rental, close to university! We arrived to find a spotless unit, in a great area. The fool hall being basically across the road was amazing. Easy to get into and out of, and available street parking. When we come back to Knoxville, we will look to rent this option again, if its available.
