The Space:
Welcome to your beautifully curated 3,000+ sq ft hillside retreat, where space, comfort, and sweeping views of the San Gabriel Valley come together for an unforgettable stay. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, you’ll have plenty of room to spread out—whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or colleagues.
As you enter the main level, you’ll find two separate living rooms, giving you flexibility to gather together or enjoy quiet downtime. Host a movie night, relax with a book, or let everyone unwind in their own space. The formal dining room is perfect for shared meals and meaningful conversations. A downstairs bedroom and full bathroom make it easy if you or someone in your group prefers ground-level access.
Upstairs, you’ll discover three additional bedrooms and a versatile loft-style living/work space—ideal if you need to work remotely or want a cozy lounge area. Step out onto one of the two private balconies and take in panoramic views of the San Gabriel Valley, especially beautiful at sunrise and sunset.
In the backyard, you can fire up the BBQ, enjoy outdoor seating, and soak in the stunning valley views. It’s the perfect setting for morning coffee, evening wine, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.
You’ll have one driveway parking space available (the owner’s vehicle occupies the other side), along with plenty of street parking directly in front of the home. While garage parking is not included, you’ll have convenient access to the washer and dryer inside the garage using a private code provided at check-in.
This home gives you the space, views, and thoughtful layout to truly settle in and enjoy your stay.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home with the exception of the garage and the primary bedroom closet, as the homeowner stores personal items in those areas.
However, if you need to use the washer and dryer (located inside the garage), access will gladly be provided upon request so you can do laundry during your stay.
