About this property

Vacation apartment with mountain view, private sauna, 25 sqm terrace, pets welcome

Our newly built Tyrolean-style house offers a 92-square-meter holiday apartment with plenty of privacy. We’re located on the sunny side of the Zillertal, right in the Mayrhofen/Hippach holiday region, at the foot of the Ramsberg with spectacular views in a central yet quiet location. Supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away. In winter, the ski bus stops 50 metres from the property and takes you to the Horbergbahn in less than 10 minutes. This lift takes you to the Mayrhofen ski area.
The large 25-square-meter terrace offers magnificent views of the Zillertal mountains. There is a large table, garden chairs, and lounge chairs.
Some hiking trails start right outside the front door. As a certified hiking guide, I have a few insider tips to share.
The holiday rental features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, 2 bathrooms, and 2 terraces/gardens.
Families with children and pets are welcome.
You also have a private barrel sauna at your disposal.
