The Host was very informative and professional in guiding us, as guests through the process. Whenever there was something in question about the property, there was a very expeditious reply. I would definitely be referring family and friends!

The property was exactly as described. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There were plenty of towels, both bath and pool, which was really nice. We did have some issues with plumbing, but management was able to deal with them in a pretty timely manner. We were overall very pleased with the property and would stay there again.

It was a beautiful house, set up was perfect for the amount of guests! We had wonderful communication from the host, until after check-in. We had problems with the wifi connection, the information given to us multiple times was incorrect and the host took a long time to reply. We had to contact VRBO to get the contact information for the agency, and then was able to get the proper WiFi information. We also had issues with the games, several were not working. The host said he would send someone out, but no one ever came. The pool was not clean, my husband spent 45 minutes cleaning plastic cups, fruit, paper, bugs and leaves and other trash out of the pool. The gas grill did not work, most of the burners were out. And the floors inside the home were dirty, our young children had black feet from running around inside playing.Other than these issues, the house was beautiful and we had a fun time.
