Inside, the house exudes character and comfort. The luxurious open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combi‑microwave, toaster, Nespresso and filter coffee machine, ensuring that cooking—and coffee moments—are always a pleasure.
The spacious living room invites you to relax and unwind, with direct access to the private terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and the tranquil natural surroundings.
The home features a cosy master bedroom with a double bed that also connects to a second bedroom with two single beds—ideal for families. A separate toilet is conveniently located next to the bathroom.
The modern bathroom adds a touch of luxury, offering a bath, shower, and two sinks, providing comfort and convenience for all guests.

During holiday periods, only weekly rentals are available.Payment must be made in full before arrival.Check-in is available from 4 p.m. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the location where it was collected.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen. Please bring your own.In most cases, bed linen and towels are provided. Please refer to your booking confirmation to confirm if they are included.Overnight guests must be registered and approved before they can stay.
