Minimum 90 day rental

Check out time: 10 AM

$200 fee every 2 weeks for a periodic cleaning of the sinks, showers, tubs, and toilets.

The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We`re only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourself in upon arrival.

We will do everything we can to ensure you have the most enjoyable, relaxing, productive, or adventurous time on Oahu as possible. Please don`t hesitate to send us a message!

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on-site 24/7.
- Please do not park your vehicle in the street unless you are loading or unloading. There are 2 guest parking stalls at the end of the street to the left. Overnight guests should park in parallel street parking spots on Makakilo Drive.
- Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
- Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
- Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit
