On the outskirts, 2.5 km from the centre of Gommiswald, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 20 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property, garden. In the house: central heating system. Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 2.5 km, grocery 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Uznach" 7 km, lake Zürichsee 20 km. Skisport facilities 30 km, ski school 30 km, cross country ski track 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
5-room chalet 130 m2 on 2 levels. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. On the lower ground floor: 2 double bedrooms. 1 small room with 2 beds. Shower/WC. Balcony, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed.

Gommiswald am Waldrand

Das Haus ist direkt am Waldrand gelegen. Eine erste kleine Wanderung auf den Rämel (880m) kann direkt vor der Haustüre begonnen werden. Sehr schönes Wandergebiet. Vom Haus waren wir etwas enttäuscht, die Möbel sind lieblos aus Brockenhausstücken zusammengestellt. Auf dem Balkon waren dreckige Aschenbecher und auch sonst war es dort nicht einladend. Im unteren Bad flackerte die Lampe. Als wir ankamen lief die Heizung nicht richtig. Unsere Meinung: Preis zu hoch!

Mooi gelegen huis

Het huis heeft een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving en is van alle gemakken voorzien incl. Wifi. De keuken is voorzien van een kookplaat, oven en magnetron. Badkamers zijn schoon hoewel verouderd. De kozijnen hebben hun beste tijd gehad. De bakker en supermarkt zijn op 5 min. rijden afstand. Huis is te bereiken vanuit het dorp met de bus, auto is echter geen overbodige luxe. Conclusie: ideaal huis voor wi rust zoekt. Voor mijn gevoel een beetje afgelegen voor wie ook wat van de omgeving wil zien.

Ein komplett ausgestattetes Haus, in dem alles für die entspannte Erholung parat ist. Frau Zimmermann kümmert sich um alles Nötige, alle Fragen sind kompetent beantwortet, alle Wünsche schnell erfüllt. Enfach Klasse!
