We warmly welcome you to Seepark Cox! This modern and attractive holiday home in Kessel on the Lower Rhine was completed in 2021.
Spanning a total of 60 m², the home features two bedrooms with TVs, a living and dining room, a bathroom, and a high-quality kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and a fridge-freezer. We’re family-friendly: A cot and a high chair are, of course, provided, and dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The technical amenities are state-of-the-art: air conditioning, Wi-Fi,
exclusive electric car and e-bike charging stations, KeySafe key delivery, washing machine, dryer, outdoor
and indoor roller blinds, and much more.
The 440 m² fenced-in property features two parking spaces, a garden shed, a covered south-facing terrace with a grill area and a parasol, as well as a large lawn adjacent to a pond with a garden shed.
The holiday home is located in the heart of a new holiday community. Relaxing and attractive recreational facilities for all ages are located a short distance away around the lake. The GochNess water park, featuring an attractive sauna area, is within walking distance.
By bike, you can explore the vast Lower Rhine countryside along the Rhine, enjoy the refreshing air in the Reichswald, and discover the German-Dutch border region. In no time at all, you can also reach the county seat of Kleve, the pilgrimage site of Kevelaer, the Dutch cities of Nijmegen and Arnhem, or the cultural hubs of the Ruhr region.
There are numerous recreational activities for children in the surrounding area. These include, among others, the Kernwasser-Wunderland, the Tivoli amusement park, Irrland in Twisteden, and many more.
