Whether you’re a couple treating yourselves to a wellness getaway or want to spend your free time with friends, the flexible TERRASSEN LOFT offers the perfect atmosphere. The living room, with its club chairs, TV, electric fireplace, and sleeper sofa, invites you to relax. The open-concept kitchen features an American-style refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a fully automatic coffee maker—and, of course, plenty of space and equipment for culinary adventures. The bedroom, complete with an infrared sauna and a place to sleep, speaks for itself. The connecting room, with a sleeper sofa and TV, can be used as needed to relax after a wellness session in the infrared cabin or as overnight accommodation for two people. The chic shower room features underfloor heating. The American-style refrigerator keeps your drinks refreshingly cool, which you can enjoy either on your own east-facing terrace—nearly 40 square metres in size and equipped with a private grill—or on a south-facing terrace. From here, it’s just a stone’s throw to the pool. We offer you a holiday experience with a difference. The holiday rentals and apartments at Arber Lofts feature modern amenities, combined with shabby-chic furniture and select antiques. Spacious apartments with a special charm await you—perfect for friends, family, and groups. The lofts are the ideal place to unwind, relax by the pool, and enjoy precious holiday time with your loved ones. The surrounding area, with its unspoiled natural landscape around the Großer Arber, offers a wide variety of recreational activities and places to explore. All apartments have their own balcony or terrace, TV, and internet access. The pool and ski storage room are shared facilities. The total amount must be paid by bank transfer no later than 31 days before arrival. If there are fewer than 30 days between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid via instant bank transfer. Please note that neither (credit) card payments nor cash payments are accepted on site. If you would like a payment confirmation, please feel free to send us an email. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed). Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please understand that pets are not allowed in the apartments. Starting in 2026, the visitor’s tax will be included in the price. You’ll receive the Bavarian Forest AktivCard free of charge. Information on key pickup: in person on-site. For late arrivals, keys are available via a key safe. A baby cot is available free of charge upon request.
