Very spacious nice place. Well stocked with utensils, etc and all drawers and cabinets were labeled with where things are at was a nice touch. Gated private parking was very beneficial, but can be a bit challenging to get in and out of if you have a big vehicle. Couple blocks from beach so very easy to walk to.

Really nice property very close to the beach. My only complaint is that there was a chair that was broken and when trying to communicate with Avanstay, we did not get a response which was not a big deal because we figured things out, but overall, this property was ideal for a weekend girls gathering.Also, the pillows on the beds were too big for us, so if you prefer softer pillows you may want to bring your own.The aesthetic and the layout of the home was perfect for our gathering with many different areas to choose from for relaxing on your own or talking to friends. Loved the vibe of this home. I would recommend it to others.
