The Paul holiday rental is centrally located but in a very quiet area with little traffic. It is a very bright, welcoming, and cosy top-floor apartment with 70 square metres of living space. This fully furnished holiday rental offers plenty of space for up to 5 people (4 adults and one child). The city centre is within easy walking distance. A beautiful, newly landscaped rooftop terrace is accessible from the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Two bedrooms with double beds and solid wood parquet flooring. (Slippers required). Bathroom with bathtub (integrated shower). 3 large flat-screen TVs / satellite TV, private parking directly in front of the apartment. Cot available upon request, non-smoking, Wi-Fi. Bedding included; towels available upon request.<br><br>No pets allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. An ashtray is available on the rooftop terrace. Smoking is permitted only there.<br><br>Optional services:<br>- Towels: 6.18 EUR per person per stay

Super Ferienwohnung alles da, nur in der Küche könnte ein wenig mehr Zubehör Schneebesen etc untergebracht werden.
