When you walk in, you're greeted by an open living space that flows effortlessly from room to room. The living room is warm and inviting, featuring a large TV and an extremely comfortable couch—ideal for movie nights or relaxing after a beach day. Just off the main living area, you'll also find a charming little reading nook, perfect for quiet mornings or an afternoon break.

To the left as you enter, the full kitchen overlooks the dining area, making it easy to cook, serve, and gather all in one space. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including cookware, utensils, and essentials. We also provide select spices and oils, plus a Keurig coffee station stocked with coffee, creamer, Splenda, and sugar—so mornings are effortless.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

To the right upon entry is the second bedroom and a nearby full bathroom. The second bedroom features two full beds, making it comfortable for kids, friends, or additional guests. The master bedroom is a cozy retreat with a queen bed, a large TV, and its own private ensuite bathroom stocked with fresh, clean linens for a restful stay.

The neighborhood is packed with amenities and truly has something for everyone. Enjoy the outdoor pool with a hot tub, an indoor pool for year-round swimming, and a long walking trail that leads to a scenic pier. There are picnic areas with grills, pickleball and tennis courts, a putting green, and more. A key card is provided for easy access to these shared amenities, making it simple to enjoy everything the community has to offer.

The outdoor storage closet is fully stocked with beach essentials, including beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella with anchor, a cooler, and beach toys. You'll also find a wide variety of board games and outdoor fun items, plus a small set of golf clubs for the putting green located just downstairs from the condo.
