ONLY TWO BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH. Welcome home to a beautifully renovated apartment in East Beach, Ocean View area. This apartment community is only two blocks from COVA Brewery, next door to the Norfolk Community Center (gym) and fishing pier, two blocks from the beach and a short drive to the Norfolk Botanical Gardens. Come relax with your family and enjoy the beach all day!

Newly Renovated; Granite countertop, 2 bed/1 bath with two queen beds. Our apartment features stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. The apartment comes with one on site parking spot, in addition to street parking.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was a big plus—just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to spend our days by the water. Emory was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay!The home was a good fit for what we needed: a comfortable place to relax and sleep after long days at the beach. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable place to stay, and we'd consider staying here again.

Overall, the property was good. The location is good. We went into virginia beach several times but honestly, the beach that is 2 blocks away was more enjoyable to us than virginia beach. The host was very good about communicating immediately when we needed her. She also sent a very good list of all the places to go and suggested very good restaurants!

This host went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. I asked host prior to arriving if she had beach chairs. She did not but she immediately had some delivered. The location is extremely convenient. Walking distance to beach, park, and several places to eat.
