Apartment overlooks golf course and water views in a fabulous gated community offering a 27-hole Arthur Hill designed professional golf course and tennis club setting. The building has an elevator, extra private locked storage areas, 2 reserved private parking spaces at front entrance exclusively for your use. Magnificently landscaped grounds, with special jogging, biking, and walking paths, bocci courts, softball fields, with 4 olympic size pools, a huge 24 hour fitness/wellness center, Jacuzzi, poolside dining, an outstanding restaurant and gorgeous clubhouse. River Strand Stay

We enjoyed our 2 month stay on this property. Since my husband had eye surgery and had to stay in part of the time, we spent hours watching the beautiful birds, alligators, turtles, and fish. The condo was very pleasant and comfortable. Anne was always prompt in answering our questions. Our guests enjoyed the pool, beaches, and restaurants. We highly recommend this property.

Nearly Great

Some of the appliances needed updating. Toaster was difficult to use. Some dishwasher settings didn't work. Only the crystal setting would let the machine start. The master bath drain needs attention. Some other kitchen gadgets would be helpful. A box grater, sieve, wisks, silicon brushes, toaster tongs, to name a few. The trim around doors and along floors could also use some painting. The towels were well used and should be replaced.

It is available by the month, seasonally or annually and is an exquisite unit with every amenity one would ever wish for. This fabulous golf and tennis country club truly provides the best Florida has to offer. I fell in love the minute I drove through the gates and you will too.

Stunning location, beautiful views, amazing amenities, fantastic golf course, great tennis courts and tennis pros, beautiful 38,000 square foot clubhouse with two restaurants and tiki bar, billiard room, poker nights, wonderful company.

What makes this property unique

I am enthralled with the chic cosmopoitan vibe of this perfectly decorated condo. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The wall treatments and floral arrangements are stylish and upscale. The golf course is extremely challenging, the tennis courts are wonderful, with group tennis all week long. The Clubhouse is fabulous; the food is great; the bar is so comfortable and the members are so welcoming; the pool and tiki bar are my idea of vacation.
