Guests who book for 30 days or more are eligible to have the River Strand Golf & Country Club amenities membership transferred to them. This transfer is available upon request and requires an additional fee of $575, payable to the River Strand Golf & Country Club Administration office at the time of transfer. Transfer fee is subjected to change at any time without notice.

Rentals less than 30 days will not be eligible for the transfer and will not have access to the Country Club pools and recreational amenities.
