A large 48-inch TV provides a great viewing experience. Modern kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, and more. Chic bedroom with a double bed, partly made of light-colored solid wood, and a TV. Modern second bedroom with a double bed in a blue design. Bathroom with shower and toilet; exclusive natural stone flooring in all rooms; furnished terrace (60 m²) facing south and west. The garden is lovingly landscaped with many plants and small trees—ideal for relaxation. In the evenings, atmospheric LED lighting comes on in the garden. A paradise for nature lovers.

Thanks to its proximity to shopping and the train station, Villa Florenz Ground Floor is also ideal for a vacation without a car. You can reach the grocery store and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf in just about a 4-minute walk.

Bright vacation home with a large terrace. Spacious home with a state-of-the-art living and dining room. Access to the terrace from all rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and direct access to the terrace. High-quality, comfortable leather sofa set in a modern design with a sleeper function in the living room.

Bed linens can be rented upon request. Bedding per bed: 12 euros; shower towel and hand towel: 8 euros per person. Travel crib and high chair included upon request. The tourist tax is not included in the trip price and must be paid to the landlord on site in accordance with the currently valid tourist tax regulations. The price depends on the number of guests. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. Additional guests are permitted only with the landlord’s prior consent and for an extra fee (extra bed).
