Situated on a large property with the main house and guest house in a quiet wooded neighborhood, this quaint "carriage house", aka garage apartment, offers all the comforts of home indoors and out! Woodside’s spacious design features ample living space and a generous master bedroom and master bath. For those working remotely, the floor plan allows for two desk areas and a full-size kitchen table. Living room furnishings are cozy and comfortable with a match set that includes a generously-sized love seat and recliner. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, a full-size dresser, ample closet space, and Roku TV In the kitchen, storage is quite ample and features a spacious pantry. The washer and dryer are indoors.

OFF-STREET PARKING: One parking spot is right at the apartment entrance. Secondary vehicles must park on the street, which is a quiet one.

SMALL DOGS CONSIDERED: Owner requires a full description of pets before they accept a booking. No cats are allowed.
