Convenient East End Location - close to Coki Beach, Lindquist Beach, Red Hook, Sapphire Beach Resort, the Ferry to St. John, Warm Caribbean Waters and Tons of Restaurants to enjoy a night out!

We always recommend renting a car - it is truly the best way to explore St. Thomas - from the restaurants and beaches on the East End, to the Views from Mountaintop to the Beautiful Vistas on Skyline - Tree Limin Extreme on the Northside and Mermaids Chair on the West End - St. Thomas has it all!

Cancellation of rental amount: if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in, full refund minus $100 cancellation fee; if cancelled 29 to 14 days prior to check-in, 50% cancellation penalty; if cancelled 13 days to 0 days prior to check-in date, 100% cancellation penalty

Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby so they will be open, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

Beautiful view from a very nice condo. Some of the outside furniture is tired with sharp, rusty edges on chairs that should be replaced. Note that there are several steps to get to the beautiful and comfortable pool areas. Laundry facilities are for the complex and not within the condo. The nearby Sun & Sea restaurant and bar had great food and a fun staff to entertain us.

Our stay was wonderful. The A/C worked great! The view is as amazing as the photos on the listing. I have a only a few things to note. The bed did not have a real mattress on it. It was a 12 inch maybe memory foam mattress with a huge feather bed. Not supportive at all. The couch and chair in the living room was actually outdoor patio furniture so if you are looking for a comfy couch after a long day, this is the not the place for you. Lastly the place smelled quite musty. I assume that is due to the concreate but a light air freshener would have been nice.

Our host was perfectly fine, provided a lot of information and responded appropriately to messages. Communication was good. The ground of the resort are well kept and conveniently located. This unit we rented could use a little bit of TLC. I was surprised by the prior ratings for cleanliness because it was not quite up to my standards. A dehumidifier would likely go along way for the musty smell! It was very strong, especially when first arriving back each day. We did love the location of the resort, the view was terrific, and we apprecited the beach chairs and cooler provided for our use. More places to hang clothing would be ideal, hooks and such- a little TLC would make the closet not so grim looking! An entryway rug inside the door and maybe around the bed would likely be appreciated, as the floors feel very sandy. I felt the need the wear shoes inside the entire time. I was ok with the bed, however my husband had a very time sleeping in it. Perhaps an update there. Also, please fix/add a handle to open the sliding door. Fingers in the sharp metal holes doesn't feel too great. Overall, we had a good stay, but I would not pick this one again unless updates were made, and it had a proper cleaning, along with the smell remediation.

Beautiful Escape

This spot was just what we were looking for to get away from everday life things. It was easy to get to from the street, beautiful veiw of the Harbor while just a short walk from restaurants, pool & beach. Though there were a lot of steps we didnt mind the exercise. We look forward to coming back to the island with our children in the futre. I will mention that one of the sliding door handle is broken so it was hard to open and close and we did loose power a couple times but not for long but all were doable.

We stayed 2 nights before heading over to Tortola. The close proximity to Red Hook was perfect for us. We took the ferry to St John- it’s a must if you have never been. The views were as advertised. The condo was well appointed and although it could use some TLC on the inside overall a great place to stay!

Perfect home away from home

After some last minute charges to my itinerary, I was pleasantly surprised by this unit I booked a week before my arrival. Location was wonderful and felt very safe for a single woman traveling alone. The terrace view was incredible! Would definitely book this unit again.

Truly amazing stay!

St. Thomas was amazing! The beaches are gorgeous and tranquil. Our accommodations were spectacular. The apartment had everything we hoped for and then some. Eddy, the owner, was terrific (thanks again for all the wonderful tips.) We will certainly come back (hopefully sooner than later.)

What can I say, it was love at first sight when we arrived to St. Thomas. We love vacationing and enjoying everything the USVI (and neighboring BVI) have to offer. Diving, swimming in crystal blue waters, hiking, sailing, sipping on Cruzan rum, are some of our favorite activities.
In fact, my favorite two islands are Sardinia (Mediterranean) & St. Thomas.
However, I will admit that St. Thomas truly is the paradise I envisioned while daydreaming of the islands as a child. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding St. Thomas and or even Sardinia.
