The inviting house awaits you just a few hundred meters from the beach on a beautiful plot. The heart of the house is the open plan living area with a nice kitchen, nice dining area overlooking the garden and the living room. In the living room you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace on cool days or have a movie night. There are also 3 bedrooms and a bathroom at your disposal.
The cozy lounge area on the covered terrace invites you to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening, while the large dining table on the open terrace area is ideal for breakfast in the morning. The property with lawn offers plenty of space for playing.
The surrounding area offers many opportunities for active vacations and excursions. Go fishing, go mountain biking, play golf or visit the nice town of Sonderburg.
