To leave a negative review of the property is unfair and not genuine!!1 Truth is you were trying to have a 21st birthday party with multiple guest. I warned you that the neighbors were very particular about loud music and parties, I ask you days before arriving how many guests and you confirmed two, then when we spoke on the phone you admitted to expecting at least 10-12 guest and it was a game night birthday party. you left the place very clean because you barley was there after our conversation and express to me that you wished you could have cancel because you didn't want any issues with the neighbors.you even expressed to me that it was hard to find a place that would allow you to have a party. In conclusion you have to be honest about your intentions.
