LOCATION:
★ Important Notice on Resort Construction: Please be aware that some daytime construction is ongoing within the resort, with activities strictly following local curfews to minimize impact on your stay. Refunds are not provided for construction noise, but rest assured that your mountain retreat will offer the tranquility and adventure you seek.

Features Description
1) Guests must be 25 or older to make a reservation. Rental Agreement & Security Hold: Guests must e-sign our rental agreement and Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold that will be collected upon signing rental agreement but it will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
2) Up to 2 dogs are welcome, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. Please check the house rules for more details.
3) Our brand-new cabin is in a developing area, so nearby construction traffic and noise may occur 7 AM–9 PM per city regulations.
4) The hot tub requires 5-6 hours to heat. Depending on when cleaning was completed, the hot tub may not be hot at the time of your arrival.
5) A starter kit of essentials (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent) is provided. For longer stays, additional supplies can be purchased nearby.
6) Due to the location in a new development, cell phone reception may occasionally be inconsistent.
7) All guests must sign an electronic rental agreement and provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license) for verification. A $250 security deposit will be collected 2 days before check-in.
8) Please note that for cancellations of bookings made on platforms other than Airbnb, a Stripe card processing fee of 3% will be deducted from the total refund.
9) Smoking, parties, and events are strictly prohibited.
