Set in a natural habitat spanning approximately 14,000 square metres, we offer 9 comfortable single-family homes (2 detached homes and 7 semi-detached homes). The Waldperle was designed to blend into the natural surroundings and was built using purely organic construction methods with only locally sourced materials. The homes, each measuring approximately 130 square metres, feature 4 or 3 bedrooms, a living room with a tiled stove, satellite colour TV, a telephone, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, at least 2 toilets, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and pets are welcome for an additional fee of 25.00 EUR per pet for the entire stay.A grill is available and can be rented for a deposit of 50.00 EUR. A bread delivery service from the local bakery is available. NEW: 2 charging stations for electric cars and hybrid vehicles; billing based on usage (price per kWh upon request). During the winter season, when snow transforms mountains, valleys, meadows, and forests into a winter wonderland, a special holiday season begins. Winter enthusiasts of all ages will find ideal conditions right nearby on our local mountain, the Geißkopf, at the Unter- and Oberbreitenau winter sports centre. Cosiness and relaxation, as well as active leisure activities and interesting cultural events, can be found in town and the surrounding area. As early as 1999, Bischofsmais was recognised by the Federal Minister for Youth, Families, Women, and Health as a particularly family-friendly town. The Waldperle is an ideal starting point for exploring the Bavarian Forest. A prepayment of 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 EUR must be paid. All houses (approx. 130 m² each) have 4 bedrooms, a living room, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower, a bathroom, 2 toilets, a storage room, a terrace, and a balcony; they accommodate 8 people, or 9 upon request. Check-in is generally from 2:00 p.m., and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Other times are possible upon request. Please call us to let us know your approximate arrival time at least 2 days before arrival so we can arrange a time for the key handover. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed for a fee of 25.00 EUR per pet per stay. A visitor’s tax of 2.30 EUR per person per night will be charged separately on site.
