This 4-room holiday apartment is located in the southern part of Dresden, very close to the centrally located Wasaplatz. In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the green heart of Dresden, the “Großer Garten” park, with its famous attractions. <br><br>Do you love relaxation and peace and quiet?! Then the “Großer Garten” is just the place for you. It’s an easy walk away and has a very special atmosphere. There are plenty of recreational options here. Relax on one of the sunbathing lawns or visit one of the many cosy beer gardens. <br><br>The park also offers plenty of opportunities for sports and recreation. Go for a ride on a bike, inline skates, skateboard, or longboard, or go for a jog or try Nordic walking along the Palaisteich pond and past the palace. We recommend visiting the historic Old Town afterwards. <br><br>Additionally, the TU Dresden, the Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion, and the “Junge Garde Dresden” concert venue are all just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also reach Dresden’s city centre and historic Old Town in just a few minutes by public transport.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön gelegen im Ortsteil Strehlen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt,sehr sauber.Die schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf die Christuskirche lädt zum verweilen ein.Von der Wohnung läuft man ca 5 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn und fährt ca 20 Minuten bis in die Stadt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat auch sehr gut geklappt.

Dresden immer eine Reise wert

Unser Aufenthalt in Dresden war klasse. Tolle Unterkunft nur wenige Gehminuten zu Strassen- bzw. S-Bahn, nahe dem GROSSEN Garten (der wirklich sehr gross ist). Einziges Makel für die Grösse der Unterkunft, es haben gut 6 Personen Platz, wir konnten leider "nur" ein Weinglas finden :-)

Zugang über einen Innenhof (alte KFZ-Werkstatt), weiter über eine Außen- (Stahltreppe) nach oben auf die Terrasse/Balkon. Wohnung ist gut, TV anfangs nur für Netflix, zwei Tage später mit Fire-TV-Stick nachgerüstet. Bettwäsche könnte mal ausgemustert werden (flusig). In einem Schlafzimmer eine ausgehängte Schranktür !? Starkverrosteter Grill auf dem Balkon und ... jetzt kommts, mit alter verbrannter Kohle blockiert - sehr einladend! Endreinigung scheint somit auch nicht richtig. zu funktionieren. Parkflächen vor dem Gebäudekomplex auch nicht eindeutig zugewiesen, ansonsten in den Nebenstraßen (suchen und finden :-)

Perfekt für unsere Kurzreise

Wir haben unser Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung und in Dresden sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig etwas auswärts vom Zentrum, man kommt vom nicht weit entfernten Wasaplatz mit Bus oder Bahn aber ganz entspannt in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Robert ist sehr nett und antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen.
