The City of Grand Prairie strictly prohibits street parking for short-term rental guests, including visitors. Vehicles parked on the street may be subject to citation and fines issued directly by the city.

✪ Pool & Spa Guidelines ✪

Swim at your own risk. Guests assume responsibility for use of the pool and spa. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool depth reaches 6 feet.

POOL HEATING:
✪ Available when ambient temperature is between 69°F and 80°F.
✪ Fee: $100/day (2-day minimum).
✪ Please request at least 24 hours in advance — it takes time to preheat.
✪ Using the spa will pause pool heating; heating will resume when the spa is turned off.

SPA HEATING (Complimentary):
✪ Can be heated when ambient temperature is above 34°F.
✪ Limit spa use to 2 hours at a time. Pool and spa share the same filtration system, and leaving the spa on will pause the pool filtration. Please turn off the spa after use.

Guest access
Guests have full access to all the living space except the garage and a closet storage space that is used for cleaning supplies.

Other things to note
✪ Guests at all ages are welcome, but the booking person needs to be 25 or older.
✪ Photo ID may be required prior check-in.
✪ Maximum number of guests is 9.

✪ EXTERIOR CAMERAS: Security cameras are installed at the front door, above the garage, and in the backyard. These cameras ensure guest safety and property security. Please do not tamper with cameras or exterior lighting. (No cameras are installed inside or facing interior spaces.)

✪ Please note: While we have routine pest control, occasional bugs or critters may appear. It's part of the warm climate. We do not offer refund for pest citing.

✪ LIABILITY/RISK DISCLAIMER: Hosts/owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on or off the premises, including, but not limited to, the use of equipment provided as part of the rental (such as the pool, spa, playground, highchair, or playsets). By accepting this reservation, all guests agree to fully assume the risk of any harm that may arise from their use of the premises or equipment. This also applies to any individuals invited by the guest to use the premises or equipment.
