Very good rental, clean and comfortable. Only thing I could complain about is host takes a little to respond when we had a problem with payment but nothing major.

This condo was clean and had all the “little extras” available for guests! Prompt response when we had wi-fi and code issues! Great stay:)

We did not receive the gate codes for the entry gate or pedestrian gate for the property. Tried to message through the VRBO website several times but received no response to get codes for the gates. Did not get the pedestrian gate code and code for the work out room till the second day of our stay when someone from Avari called me and I had to ask for them. Luckily due to construction on the property the drive in gate was open. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable for the week. The couch cushions were a little broken down. Found a nice surprise of beach items in the utility room closet. Had a great week of weather for our stay.
