The Space:

Azure 507 is a gorgeous 1,513 sq ft 5th floor three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasting panoramic gulf-front views of the famed emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the first guest bedroom, and a second queen bed in the second guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.. Upon entering, you will find both guest bedrooms on either side of the entrance, adorned with beautiful, relaxing décor, comfortable bedding, as well as a flat-screen television. The guest bedroom with the queen-size bed offers its own private bathroom, offering a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom with the queen-size beds is perfect for children's adults to relax and unwind in their own space and accessible from the hallway and also offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. You will find a full-size washer and dryer combination nestled near the end of the hallway, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The hallway opens to the fully-equipped kitchen, leading to the dining area, living room and spacious primary bedroom.

Great Location and Condo

The condo was perfect for the us. Location was great which gave us easy access to Destin and Navarre. Besides that, the beach was great as well. The only thing we wished was for it to be pet family (we missed our dog).

Wonderful, spacious condo

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, has a fantastic view, and met all our needs. Azure also has two very large, excellent pools that our kids enjoyed. It was plenty spacious in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect condo for a Fort Walton vacation.

Beautiful beach front location!

Property was just as listed. Easy check in! Easy access to beach and parking. Communication with property owner was slow to respond but in the end it worked out. Everything we needed was available in the condo. Excellent location and well maintained property!

Can’t beat this view! Close to Destin at lower cost.

This is an affordable 3 bed/3 bath, close to Destin, but not in heavy traffic area. Unlike many condos, there is seating for 7 in the family room area. The beaches are not overcrowded, and we appreciated the beach chair service for two that is included. Best of all, nothing beats seeing sunrise and sunset from the balcony!

Great views & location. Liked the complex, the spacious unit, & the big balcony. There was lots of room for everyone to spread out & the kitchen had everything we needed. Property manager responded to our notice about maintenance issues. We'd stay there again.

Fantastic condo with great oceanfront view. Thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness. Had all the amenities necessary and even had a high chair, pack n play, and rollaway bed. Check In and out was simple via text message. Multiple communications from the property management team during our stay just checking in. Will rent again.

Great Spring Break!

We had a fabulous spring break in this property. My husband and I took our 15 year old twins and each of them invited a friend. It was wonderful. The pool was great; the beachfront was wonderful. This property is very conveniently located to very good restaurants and other activities. We would definately stay here again! Our only complaint was that attitude of the woman at the office who scolded us when we asked for replacement trash bags, toilet tissue and dishwasher tablets. We were unaware that we were to provide them. It would have been nice if 1) that information was made available in the the pre-arrival emails or day of arrival emails or 2) we could purchase those items at the office. It would have been even nicer if the woman at the front desk had treated us politely. I add this only to alert others what they need to bring or buy once there are here.

Updates/repairs

The stay was wonderful and a beautiful place! We were not prepared to not have an adequate amount of toilet paper and paper towels. There was not near enough towels to last all of us our stay without washing them daily, which we shouldn't have to do on vacation. Then the bigger problem with that is the dryer does not get hot and dry. It would take 3 hours to dry towels or any other small load of laundry. The queen suite bathroom shower trim kit is way loose. There were no pillows for the couch bed or pull out bed to be used. Theres not a skillet to cook with, but a single serving skillet. That's hard to do with a large family. The place was very clean and a beautiful view. If you guys just do some small maintenance and updates, this place would be a 5* all the time!! We would love to come back and stay again....
