Cozy house 2 Qts - 6 min from the beach Geribá / Fishbone - w / WI-FI

Cozy duplex house fully equipped, WI-FI, in a small condominium, 3 blocks from the most popular beach of Geribá (Fishbone Café) and half a block from the best shops (Lojas Americanas, Princesa and Extra supermarkets), shower and parking space for one car. First floor: living room with sofas 2 and 3 seats (1 bunk bed), ceiling fan, tv with satellite dish, toilet, a good kitchen cupboard (with table and 4 chairs and all utensils: coffee maker, blender, mixer etc.) and service area (with tank and clothesline). Second floor: social bathroom with shower box and two
bedrooms, with built-in closets, one being a single and one double
with balcony. Water direct from Prolagos. The house comfortably sleeps 4 people. Maximum occupancy is 6 people, the 2 more can sleep in the living room's trundle, with extra charge per person.


It is necessary to bring bed linen and bath.

Photos have no editing, photoshop or special filters. The house is exactly as shown, wide, clear, cozy. It also has cleaning, maintenance and frequent maintenance.

Excelente imóve e localização!

Excelente imóvel 🏡 e localização. Cumpre à risca o anunciado. Tudo limpo e organizado com jeitinho de "nossa casa". Simpatia de Giselle durante a negociação e também a recepção de Anália e seu filho que cuidam com carinho do imóvel. Recomendo e voltarei certamente.

Casa Espetacular !

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos. Está localizada em um ponto estratégico de Geribá, onde não necessita de carro para ir a praia, ou ao supermercado. Ambiente do condomínio é muito familiar, e a casa possui uma conservação e higiene impecável. Os proprietários são rigorosamente cuidadosos com as instalações da casa. Recomendo!!

Localização excelente!
