Something special at Geribá Beach -

A brand new Loft with 45m2 or 460 sqf, in two levels. On the ground level a fully equiped kitchen with oven, fridge and microwave oven, as well as all other kitchen utensils needed for your vacation. A sleeping sofa that turns into two separate twin beds. A full bathroom.
On the first floor a suite with a queen bed and a full bathroom also, providing privacy that 2+ people need, with a nice view to the condo´s swimming pool. Also there is a cozy veranda where you can relax and enjoy the day or have meals.
The Property is at Geribá Beach, the very best beach in Buzios. And a few steps away from the veranda you are at the beach !!!
All rooms with air conditioning, most need in Buzios !

Passamos 4 dias nesse encanto! Fomos um casal e duas crianças. O apt realmente é como nas fotos, espaço suficiente para refeições e dormir confortavelmente. Mas o melhor de tudo, que vale cada centavo é estar praticamente na areia da praia...então aproveitamos cada momento, sem carro, sem transito...íamos e voltávamos para a praia o dia todo...Curtimos a piscina e fizemos um churrasco. A casa impecável na limpeza e manutenção e a proprietária muito gentil e solícita. Voltaremos com certeza!

Tudo ocorreu bem com a locação. Imóvel com ótima localização. O Apto é bem econômico em termos de espaço, mas tem tudo que se precisa para umas boas férias na praia. A limpeza estava impecável e todos os utensílios e equipamentos funcionam muito bem. Apto bem ventilado e sem mofo. Tudo novo. Recomendo.....

Bem localizado porém com a roupa de cama imunda

A localização é excelente o condomínio é bem cuidado e seguro. A praia de Geribá é uma das melhores da região. Porém ao chegarmos no imóvel deparamos com roupa de cama e colchões fedendo muito, a internet wi-fi não existe. A estrutura do imóvel é adequada, com boa manutenção predial. Não há guarda roupas. A proprietária na locação demonstrou um excesso de critérios para a sua segurança que não se refletiu no zelo com a limpeza da roupa de cama e nem no atendimento quando foram relatados os problemas, inclusive com o wifi. Uma série de taxas gás, energia, água, limpeza, ao invés de se fazer uma cobrança única e antecipada, e olha que o gás é no botijão e não há medidor. É a sétima vez que alugo casas em Búzios e esta foi a única vez que não recomendo, o preço não reflete o zelo. Voltarei ao condomínio porém locando de outra pessoa.
