The Space:

Located right on the beach, all you have to do is put on your favorite swimming suit and walk a few yards to dig your toes in the sugar-white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Downtown Okaloosa Island and Fort Walton Beach are just a short drive away. Okaloosa Island Pier, Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and The Boardwalk are all within two miles away. There is even a newly renovated tennis and pickleball court to enjoy at Perry Park.



This third-floor condo, accessed via an elevator or the covered parking deck, offers guests nothing but quiet comfort, convenience, and modern touches everywhere. The spacious living area features a comfortable sofa near a large TV with cable and an LED fireplace. The all-white, well-appointed kitchen will delight the group's chef with its white appliances and gorgeous marble countertops. Enjoy a refreshing smoothie or cocktail on your private balcony, as the ocean breeze's rejuvenating touch helps wash your worries away. We loved the location of being directly on the beautiful beach. We could walk a long ways and that was great. The pool was very nice as well. Our room was updated, clean, and had plenty of space for our family of 4.

We live in the area but reserved this condo as part of our wedding celebration weekend! We enjoyed everything about this place and we will definitely try to reserve it again for our next weekend "away". The pictures are 100% accurate.

Best Daddy/Daughter quick get away!

Last minute decision to go to the beach for Spring Break and it couldn't of been more perfect (besides mother nature choosing to rain the first day). We will be back for a longer stay.

Great Place

We enjoyed our stay. It's an end unit which was nice because it was quieter than other places I've stayed where you can hear the foot traffic from the elevators and stairs. The property was clean. We did try to communicate with the owner before our arrival about the beach service by sending two emails via VRBO, but never received any response. We had to pay for beach service the first day because our unit was on the list although it was listed on the rental description. Vacasa did contact the beach service but we were not refunded for the first day where we paid for it. Overall, it was a great stay with one minor issue.
