The Space:

Overlooking the blue-green waters of the Emerald Coast is blu 305. Offering complete and comfort just steps from the Gulf, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is elegantly decorated to bring the outside in. Upon entering, the views will immediately guide you to the main living area. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you'll need to cook meals or prep for a large gathering. The stainless-steel appliances, sparkling counters, and sleek cabinets are stunning, and the large island gives even more space. The dining area seats six to eight guests, and the living area has plenty of seating for everyone. The balcony can be accessed from the living area and comfortable outdoor seating means enjoying the Gulf of Mexico breeze anytime day or night. Also accessible from the balcony is the master bedroom. With a king-size bed and ensuite bath, and breathtaking views of the water, you'll never want to leave. The bathroom features a double vanity, separate tub and shower with a seat, with gleaming finishes on each. One guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the two remaining rooms have an abundance of bedding. The third room has a twin over double bunk with a trundle underneath, and the final bedroom has a double bed with a trundle underneath as well as a twin-size bed. Two more bathrooms, one attached to the second guest room, offer plenty of counter space and gorgeous finishes. Perfectly decorated rooms, in-unit laundry, and amazing views are sure to make blu 305 your next Okaloosa Island getaway.



Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs Mar 1 - Oct 31. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Great location and beautiful condo. Kitchen is well stocked, the master suite is huge. 2 pools makes for plenty of space for kids to play or adults to relax. Condo is on a nice stretch of road that is not crowded, but you're close enough to get to restaurants and attraction quickly.

Reasonable access to everything, sleeping arrangements were as expected, the owners provided everything bedding wise and some extra blankets and pillows. Kitchen was a great plus, it is a gas stove so be prepared for that. The washer/dryer was a great touch, but the dryer started having some issues drying things fully on our last night. Overall though, this is a great stay and definitely made our vacation complete!

Family Beach Vacation

This condo is beautiful! Exactly as pictures show. Perfect beach front view. There was plenty of room for our family of six to spread out. Small kids loved the bunk bed room. Code required to enter the parking lot and pool/beach area so we felt very safe. Kitchen stocked with anything you could possibly need. Would definitely book again if we return.

Great location

We have been to Ft. Walton many times, but this time we brought the whole family. Plenty of room and perfect set up for 10 people. Blu is beautiful and the pools are amazing! This condo has everything needed and communication with Vacasa was easy!

Great property

This was a great property for our group. Kitchen could use some storage containers and the multiple codes for gates/entries/doors was a bit much. Overall I would recommend this property.

Thanksgiving 2021

Eleven members of our family spent 6 nights here. We enjoyed it all--quick access to the beach, the unit itself, the condo complex and amenities, and we appreciated access to the owner's beach equipment and bikes. One thing that caught us by surprise: if you're planning on using the trundle beds, be aware that they are not really usable due to the room configuration and furniture being in the way. All in all, a great place to stay!

Family Fall Break

The location and views were great. Enjoyed the beach and pool. The property managers were responsive and helpful. The one time we attempted to use the outdoor grill it did not work. You should advise renters to bring their own sharp knives for food prep and indicate the size for coffee maker filters as we had standard filters and they did not work. We would go back.

Great location and lots of space

This is one of the newest condo complexes on the beach so it is updated and great amenities. It’s also very large and could accommodate a lot of people. Right in the beach and 2 pools. The management is accommodating and quick to respond. The floors and area rugs were dirty. The floors had definitely not been mopped prior to our arrival in any of the rooms. The pots and pans were very worn out. That said I would stay here again I would just mop the floors.

Condo was great. We had 2 families with 4 members each. Plenty of room, and very comfortable. Kitchen was nice with plenty of dishes. I would say if I had to pick thing that wasn’t great, it would be the pots and pans. They are dated, and not enough pots. Overall this is a great condo with plenty of space with one of the best views you can have. Would return to Blu 305.

Family time at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo with just a few suggestions. The place was very nice and clean except for the kids bedroom. Under the bunk beds had not been cleaned for a long time. We were a little disappointed that the essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, and dishwashing liquid were not provided. Even things like salt & pepper and paper towels were nowhere to be found. It was over an extra hundred dollars to stock it up for the next visitors.

We strongly encourage guests to plan ahead if they anticipate needing additional items during their stay. Our group of 12 had an amazing time in this beautiful condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. So spacious, very clean, and beautifully furnished. The house had everything we needed for our four night stay. It was amazing to wake up and look right out to the beach. The amenities included two pools, one heated and the other one not heated. We used both pools. It was also nice having the heated spa. Prime location to restaurants, activities, shopping and grocery stores. The only con we would say was that the kids room didn’t have cable, roku connection or smart TV for them to watch. Bring movies or dvds for the kids room because there is a DVD player.

Our home away from home

This was our second time staying at Blue 305 and we hope to make this our summer tradition because it truly is our happy place. The pictures don’t actually capture the beauty and perfection of the condo or of the whole building itself. This is truly our happy place. The staff is so friendly and professional. The property managers are available and responsive. The property was clean and smelled nice. The location is perfect!! The condo is absolutely great for every member of our family - our 14 year old son has privacy and space to himself while our 11 and 9 year olds were close enough to us but also had their own space to play and sleep. There is so much living space to hang out and watch movies, play board games or to cook and eat dinner together. The balcony views were gorgeous! We can’t say enough about this condo and we will definitely see you next summer.

Needs some maintenance & a good cleaning.

We have stayed in several Blu condos & have been very satisfied. As always the view & the beach were absolutely spectacular. This particular unit just needs a thorough cleaning. There was a lot of dust build up on dining room lights, around bed frames & food particles trapped on the back of bar stools. The kitchen trash can needs replaced as the lid is rusty & filthy. Bedroom lamps & barstools are also looking old as rust has formed. The back bathroom sink was so clogged that my friend had to get a toothpick in order to pull out a trapped ball of nasty hair. Mantenence was called regarding a clogged toilet in the master bathroom but it wasn't fixed until the following afternoon. Outlets in the master bath weren't working & the toilet paper holder fell off in the jack & jill bathroom. This was the first unit I've stayed where there weren't any dish cloths only towels. And no laundry soap. I hate to be too negative as it is a lovely unit. However, since it's not an inexpensive stay, i believe standards should be higher.
