The Space:

This gorgeously-decorated condo is located on the quiet stretch of Okaloosa Island. Blu 105 offers total relaxation and comfort just steps from the pool and the white sands of the Gulf. Upon entering the condo, the views will immediately pull you to the main living area. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you'll need to cook meals or prep for a large gathering. The stainless-steel appliances, sparkling counters, and sleek cabinets are stunning, and the large island gives even more space. The dining area seats six guests, and the two living areas have plenty of seating for everyone. A large wet bar has a wine fridge, ice maker, sink, and another small fridge for drinks. Above are a wine rack and cabinets with even more storage. Tucked away from the open floor plan living space is a den equipped with a queen-size sofa bed and wall-mounted television, it's perfect for the kids. Also featured is a private bunk room for added space for the kids. The balcony can be accessed from the living areas and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Also accessible from the balcony is the main bedroom. With a king-size bed and an en-suite bath, and breathtaking views of the water, you'll never want to leave. The bathroom features a double vanity, separate tub, and shower with a seat, with gleaming finishes on each. Both guest bedrooms offer king-size beds, and the bunk room has twin-size bunks and another queen-size sofa bed. Two more bathrooms, one attached to the second guest room, offer plenty of counter space and gorgeous finishes. Perfectly decorated rooms, in-unit laundry, and amazing views are sure to make blu 105 your next Emerald Coast getaway.



Each reservation includes one umbrella and two chairs Mar 1 - Oct 31. Paddle boards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Location near to beach was luxurious! Accommodations were very nice with a few small issues; dryer took several cycles to dry, kitchen utensils/pans were limited. Stove took a long time to heat up and the eyes were a bit hard to ignite. Having the shampoo, conditioner and soap was great!! Smalls issues overall... great stay!

Beautiful unit! Love the whole set up and had plenty of room for our party of 11. Have stayed in Fort Walton Beach for 5 years and another unit in Blu, one of the years. This is the best overall experience! A/C wasn’t kicking in the night we got there and we reached out and got an immediate response and they had it fixed the very next morning. Very convenient walk out to the pool and gorgeous beach. We will be back!

Family vacation

Great condominium on bottom floor makes it so convenient with little ones. Ocean was a little cool still so we spent time in pool- would have been nice if heated pool was a little warmer. Plenty of room for everyone. Only cons- we needed more than 6 washcloths and it was inconvenient to only have 2 parking spaces on sight - for a condo that sleeps that many.

Almost perfect!

Condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect! For our family with small children, having the patio with direct access to the pool was so so convenient. Cleanliness could use some work. There was random hair on the floor and in one of the beds. Many towels had stains. The floor wasn’t super clean and the cupboards were dirty. The freezer handle was falling off and the dresser in the bunk room was messing a leg, making it a bit of a safety hazard, especially being in a room designated for kids. The “heated” pool didn’t really seem heated and one of the pools was closed the evening we arrived. The hot tub was not hot at first, then the heater was fixed but the jets weren’t working. They did eventually fix these issues! Communication with the management company was easy. Despite the issues, we would absolutely stay again!
