Amazing property!
This was a great Spring Break vacation! It’s just outside of downtown Destin, but Destin is a quick trip across the bridge. Close proximity to grocery store, Gulfarium, shopping, restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool, the private hot tub, and the amazing nearby beaches.

First time Bayside
The expansive lanai and convenience to the parkimg garage, pools and lazy river were great! The kids were super excited to have their own hot tub, we were a bit disappointed to find out upon arrival that it was empty and broken. It was replaced Tuesday and we were all able to enjoy. The unit itself was very spacious and fit 4 families perfectly. The grounds were landscaped beautifully and the pool/lazy river at night was very relaxing. Very easy walk to the crossover to get to the beach. Overall we had a great time even tho the weather wasnt very cooperative!

Great Unit
We loved the unit and proximity to everything. This is the 1st time to stay on the bay side and this unit did not disappoint. It was nicely furnished. The private patio and hot tub was a hit. We did have a couple of issues but Rick was quick in his response and resolve. We had a great family vacation.

Awesome condo
We took our kids and grandkids, 10 people in all, and there was PLENTY of room. The unit is in great shape. The condo is situated so that it is very close to the parked car. The ONLY negative was the patio was not pool-facing but the direct bay view MORE than made up for that! If we go as a family again would definitely choose this one.
