Perfect house with mini beach

We booked this house because of the “mini beach” in the backyard for my 3 year old. We all ended up having so much fun we didn’t even go to the actual beach. We rented a boat and were able to dock it at the house. House was clean and cozy! Water was so clear too! We 1000% will book again

Nice view out back. The beach area out back in the photos is only 15 feet across. I was under the impression we would be able to walk along the beach. Very nice unit. Clean with new appliances.

Cozy and well appointed bungalow on the water

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend/stay here, again. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had what was needed to cook in and the home was clean and clutter free. We had a little glitch with the keyless entry after we arrived, but a locksmith was sent out that evening and we were given physical keys which worked fine. The waterfront location was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed having big tables inside and on the dock when we wanted to hang out and eat in. We would definitely stay here, again.

Property was nice, loved being on water and size was nice. Getting to it was concerning you pass some run down trailer parks and houses before getting to the newer area. Quiet and would stay there again. Issues with cleaning company. No paper towel, shirt left in closet, dishwasher still had dishes in it, dirt and spider webs under cabinets and stove. Dirt on outside decks not blown off, lots of debris. Also smoke detector battery went bad and bathroom lights flicker when showering. Also had issues with sprinklers where they ran almost all day tues and thurs but when notifying vasca they felt it was how owner had set up. Made it difficult to use the yard and get to dock with them constantly going off. Otherwise, everything was good.
