This lovely hotel-style room provides a homey feeling close to the beach. Step out onto the spacious, private balcony with gorgeous views of the surrounding Gulf Place area, featuring plenty of palm trees, local restaurants, and artist's tents stationed throughout. After a long day of beach exploring, sink into the shared, on-site hot tub.



Grayton Beach State Park, which features the Underwater Museum of Art, is just over a five-mile drive away. The charming community of Seaside, including the famous 'Truman Show' home on 31 Natchez Street, is less than seven miles away.

We enjoyed the room and it's location. We were so close to all the things along 30A that we loved. The price was on point for our stay and we definitely loved being at Gulf Place around the shops and restaurants. I would recommend and probably stay here again.

Great location, Gulf Place has lots of good restaurants and shops. Directly across the street from beach access. Beautiful area. Condo was clean and well maintained. Check-in/out was a breeze.

Great Location!!

Wife and I spent a birthday trip here for 5 days. We love the ease of the location. Beach is wonderful and not crowded like many of the beaches in the Destin area. 30A is wonderful and very laid back. Plenty of places to shop, eat and play.

Complex was great with lots of amenities, room was nice and all my questions were quickly responded to. Air conditioner struggled to really cool the room but it was ok. Body wash dispenser in shower was empty. Overall, no real complaints.
