The Space:

A sunny retreat awaits at this family-friendly, two-story townhouse near the beach! Work on your tan and enjoy a refreshing splash in the sparkling shared outdoor pool after a fun-filled day strolling around the city. Come back home to kick your feet up and rest in the living room, which is equipped with comfortable furnishings and a flatscreen TV with cable. Not in the mood to spend your time indoors? Then lounge in the front or back patios - the front patio has cozy seating and overlooks the pool directly and the back patio features an outdoor dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a French door fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. This level also offers a convenient half bathroom with a stackable washer/dryer.



The two bedrooms available are on the second floor along with two ensuite full bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own balcony; one of them overlooks the pool and the other offers views of the neighboring houses.

Good for the most part

There was construction / maintenance going on during our stay and the property manager was aware of it and how long it has been going on but failed to note it in the listing. Parking in front of the unit was barricaded off, both upstairs balconies were barricaded off, front and back patio was not able to be used due to the demo and replacement of large support beams. I'm still waiting to hear from representative about the situation. The inside was clean and exactly like it was listed.

Thank you for visiting, Patrick. We apologize for any concerns with the construction, which has now been fully finished. The HOA was in charge of the construction and they gave little to no notice as to which areas would be worked on and when. We are sorry that we were unable to give more information prior to arrival. There was overflow parking available to guests who were unable to park next to their rentals. We hope that you'll come to stay again in the future.

Great location

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was great. Pool was so clean and warm! Beach access right across the street. Bars and restaurants were also close by.
