The Space:

This fabulous coastal home is just what you need for your next getaway to paradise. This spacious and open rental features a well-appointed kitchen, several recent updates, and plenty of space for the entire family. The private, furnished patio is the perfect place to relax after a long day of splashing in your private pool, and you're sure to enjoy cooking dinner poolside on the gas grill. There is also a separate bedroom and bathroom downstairs that can only be accessed via the entrance outside of the home for some added privacy. When you aren't lounging by the pool, you can also walk to the beach for a day of sunshine and sand!



Only steps from the beach, you can go shore fishing, shelling, swimming, and much more. Less than half a mile away, don't miss an opportunity to visit the local favorite Shipwreck Raw Bar for fantastic seafood. This rental is also located only seven miles from downtown Port Saint Joe, offering many great local options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

The house was wonderful and we loved the location other than trying to figure out which time zone we were in at any given point :) The photos are accurate and the only difference is that in the photos, the other king bed shows it in the living room but it’s in the room on the bottom floor. We will definitely keep this house as a favorite for the future.

Cleans and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is also very clean and well equipped. The location is convenient to local restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the outdoor areas and the location. Very short walk to the beach. Almost anything we needed from a rental was onsite for use. Great experience.

Great Getaway

We made a last minute decision to get away and needed somewhere that was pet friendly. This property had everything we needed. Plenty of space, private pool and only a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. It was a wonderful trip and we would stay here again.

Great House

This house was great and just a short walk to the beach! The beach was awesome and not crowded. The one thing that should be looked at is the A/C. When cooking on the gas range the kitchen and living room got very HOT!!! The bedrooms were always cooler!

Wonderful Time

Felt like home! Place does need a good deep cleaning all around including outside. Make sure if your watching TVs in the bedrooms you bring your own streaming sticks and cords. Had a wonderful time, my son especially loved this house.

Wonderful Experience!

Property exactly as described! Wonderful house that is walking distance to the beach, so close that our family went back and forth multiple times per day! The pool and who fenced in patio area was wonderful and relaxing! We even had a 1 year old puppy with us and it was perfect! Would (and probably will!) stay here again! Lots of good food nearby, Shipwreck Raw Bar just a couple blocks away with great food, service, and prices. Do yourself a favor and stay here! Beautiful property in a beautiful and quiet little town!

Much needed R & R

The place is awesome, beach in the mornings and the pool in the afternoon. Kitchen well stocked with dishes. cookware and small appliances. Definitely would consider re-booking. Being honest the only thing that disappointed us was the surveillance cameras pointed at the pool.

Nice and quiet

This house was exactly what we wanted. The pool was perfect, although you can not view the pool at all from upstairs in the main living space. It does need a few little things: some light bulbs were blown, I had to go buy hangers for our clothes to hang in the closet, curtains in bedrooms (they just have blinds so when the sun comes up there is no sleeping in) But we would for sure stay here again! Nice and quiet neighborhood, plenty of room, and the pool and back yard was perfect!!!

Mouse poop ,trash underneath the bed ,outside shower head broke, linen dirty water pools after rain in the shower , black mold.
