Stark verbesserungsbedürtig

Insgesamt war dies die erste Buchung über FeWo-direkt, die absolut nicht zufriedenstellend war. Leider ist uns zu spät aufgefallen, das die Vermietung über den unseriösen Sub-Anbieter Novasol abgewickelt wurde. Um ein paar negative Highlights dieses Urlaubs konkret zu benennen: Keine Übergabe / Check-in des Objekts, völlig verwahrloster und verschmutzter Pool, Kakerlaken in der FeWo, defekte Liegen, ungenügende Matratzen... leider war mit Novasol so wie mehrfach im Internet beschrieben keine Kontaktaufnahme möglich, eine Verständigung mit der verantwortlichen Reinigungskraft nur auf italiensch. FeWo-direkt sollte sich unverzüglich von solchen Subanbietern wie Novasol trennen, da ein Imageschaden und damit auch wirtschaftlicher Schaden hier auch für FeWo-direkt droht.
