The property was nice and well kept. We were a family of five plus our mothers, and it worked well. Location and view was perfect. The peace was purposeful! Definitely recommend this place!
Home was clean, decorated nicely, comfortable bed. Perfect for 5 guests. A little warm upstairs, but fans did help. Complimentary umbrella was a plus! I would definitely return.
The beach decor was so adorable and the house smelled so fresh upon arrival! Everything was labeled and the owners attention to detail is on point! We traveled with Jet Skis and located a launch ramp across the bay from the house. It was an absolutely perfect location! We even got to see the Blue Angels practicing from the balcony! Thank you for sharing your home!
We are local (Pace, FL.) and had family in town, staying at Santa Rosa Dunes. We booked this unit to be closer, so we could spend time with them. It was a great decision. This unit was just one building away and suited all of needs perfectly. The view of the Intercoastal was stunning. We loved our Staycation.
Beach is easily accessible. Lots of thoughtful touches throughout the home as well. A really great place for families with kids. The only trouble we had was with the refrigerator not being cold enough to store food. It was 46 degrees (we measured). I called maintenance and they took care of the problem the same day so great service there. I recommend staying here.
We absolutely loved our stay here and plan on returning to this exact location for lodging. This unit offered everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms even had spare personal hygiene items if things were forgotten, there was an awesome variety of family games to play, and fun toys for kids in the bedroom. And to top it all off the beach equipment offered was perfect and saved us from having to make wasteful purchases on items we couldn’t take home with us. We will definitely come back and stay here.
The property felt like home walking in and leaving. The furniture, beds, linens, and pillows were all cozy and comfortable. We would love to book again!
The only downfall was parking. There were suppose to be 2 parking spots for the unit but about a third were occupied with boats or construct equipment. We had to park in the next lot in the rain. Even the parking situation wouldn't deter us from booking again. Loved it!
