My family had a blast at PCB. The property was clean, conveniently close to the pool, and within walking distance of the beach. We also liked the gated community, it felt very safe.

We arrived to a dirty, smelly, condo. The housekeeping and maintenance of the place inside and out was terrible.

The condo was in poor condition!!! There are mold issues on the air vents and under bathroom sink. Unit looked dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The furniture is outdated and stained and carpet is dirty and stained. Broken outlets that were unsafe to use , hair dryer plug was unsafe and unuseable. Wallpaper has holes in places and coming off the wall in other locations. Air conditioner that did not cool adequately. Sleeper sofa was zip tide together on frame. Fixtures are rusty, door on deck has broken slates. Blinds and closet door are broken. Toilets do not flush well. Shower water did not stay hot for multiple people to shower. This unit was NOT worth the price tag of almost 3000.00 for the week. We would NOT recommend renting this unit. In our opinion, it is very outdated and needs a great deal of work to bring it up to a rentable standard or in comparison to other units we visited in this resort while we were visiting this past week.

Place overall was a great stay, if I was picky the vents had much dust and debris built up but that was the only cleanliness issue. The toilet pressure is very poor, we had to flush it multiple times. We were iffy about bringing our pet along but we had zero issues with that as they were very inviting! I would recommend this stay especially for the price but as it is on the cheaper side for what you’re getting you do get the smaller tv’s in all rooms and lower quality bed/pillows. However that does not take away from the fact this is a great place and I do give a thumbs up!
