Thanks so much for the kind and positive comments! I am flattered that you all thought so highly of my home. While I would like to take a small part of the credit, my main virtue was in having been fortunate enough to find a home with these amazing views. So, thank you for sharing your comments. And yes, I do provide beach towels among other amenities, since I want my guests to relax and enjoy themselves as much as possible.

Thanks so much, Kim, for the very generous review! You should consider a sideline as a publicist! Of course, this is much appreciated, and I am very pleased your family had such a good time. I can't wait to get back there myself! Thanks again, I have nothing to add other than I truly enjoy it when I have great guests like you all.

Generous sentiments, which are much appreciated! All I will add is that while I take credit for some of this, the boogie board and other beach toys are thoughtful donations left by other guests for others to enjoy as well. And the view, well, that's Mother Nature's doing. All I had to do was find this home and buy it when it was available!

Thanks so much for the generous review! I must say, it captures very well both why I bought this specific home in the first place and also what I have tried to do, via my renovations, since I bought it. So I really appreciate it. It IS my second home, not a "rental property" per se, so that is why I have expended so much time ands effort to renovate it and make it look nice. But as you noted, the view's the thing, and the fact is there are very few homes anywhere on 30A that have views like this. I know because I looked for a year before lucking out with this property. So, thanks again, it was a pleasure being your host, and you are welcome back any time.

Susan, Thanks so much for the kind words! You are obviously a generous person. I do try to treat guests the way I would like to be treated when on vacation, so I'm glad that it is appreciated. And that you all had a good and relaxing vacation, considering you had Tropical Storm Alberto to distract you. Little amenities can make a big difference, too, I have found. So, thanks again.
