The Space:

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September of 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until early Summer of 2025:

-Outdoor Hot Tub

-Splash Pad

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

This timeframe coincides with the first two phases of our property renovation, and all dates are subject to change due to weather, labor, or supply chain issues. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to enhance our resort for your future enjoyment. Renovations will continue throughout 2025 and into Spring of 2026.



Welcome to SunDestin Unit 1716! As you enter this newly renovated condo, you are welcomed by floor-to-ceiling windows that display magnificent coastal views of the white-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico's emerald green waters. This condo has ample space for a family of four to gather and unwind. The main bedroom boasts beautiful Gulf views and a king-size bed, while the living room offers comfortable seating for the whole group, plus a sofa that converts into a double bed. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with a TV and DVD player for added entertainment.



Outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the well-equipped kitchen features all the necessities of home to cook up delicious meals. Perch at the kitchen bar or the adjacent dining table that seats more. After dinner, take in sunset views from the spacious balcony that is accessible from the living room and the bedroom.



The beach is just steps away, with beach chair rentals available for an additional fee. SunDestin is located close to many great restaurants and shopping areas, including Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Kids will also love the nearby water park and go-kart track.

Smoking is not permitted.

Guest must be 25 years of age or older to check-in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older you will not be permitted to stay in this unit, please call as soon as possible about your reservation.



SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction on the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Great property! Great beach access and comfortable. Perfect view! Major construction on going but no impact on the unit except only one elevator working. Less stocked than most units. Bedroom TV seems to have a remote missing or else needs better instructions. Overall excellent.

We spent our honeymoon at the SunDestin. All of the pictures we saw here on Vrbo were the exact images of what the condo actually was. It was very clean and updated. The views were amazing but the condo needed a deep cleaning and better furnishings. The management company (Vacasa) was less than responsive. The price was extremely reasonable. Overall, a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

The property was great and exactly as described. The Vacasa staff were jerks and horrible to deal with. Because of them we will not be back here or to any other Vacasa property. They were simply awful.

Lovely time in Destin!

My first time in Destin was magic! Loved the sunset view from our condo balcony. I was lucky to have perfect weather and ocean conditions. I enjoyed visiting during the off-season and not having to deal with the summer traffic. I loved the resort’s location and surrounding area. Cons include: limited hot water, bathtub leaks/doesn't drain, ridiculous amount of underage kids using the hot tub without adult supervision, half the amenities listed were out of service (sauna, indoor tub, steam room were all closed). Had I known this, I would have spent my money on a different resort in the area that actually offered the amenities they advertise.

Loved the property and location

The ONLY reason for the one start on the accuracy of the online listing is because my only complaint is that, in the pictures it shows a keurig. That in mind, we checked in very late but I HAD to have my am coffee so we made a special stop to as store to pick up some k cups and cream. Imagine my surprise and frustration to see a regular coffee maker when I walked into the unit. IMO every unit should have some coffee and cream/sugar available.
