Nice place

The condo was great, it had everything we needed. The mattress need's to be replaced in each room. The kids room bunkbed frame needs to be tightened. Overall a great place to stay.

It was a very nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. The 2 king beds slept great. The bunk beds were very squeaky and not comfortable. The bunks are great for children not adults. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo was very nice and clean.

Great condo

Had a girls trip to beach and this condo was perfect. Located across the street from the beach. Clean, great view of beach and had everything we needed to cook meals. We rented chairs, umbrellas and were able to order drinks and food from waitress by putting up a flag by our chairs. Also close to great shopping, restaurants and nightlife.

Beautiful view and great location!

Our family enjoyed the stunning views from this 23rd floor condo! The location was excellent—a short walk from the beach access, and close to the outlet mall (my son and his friend walked there). There are a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler available for use. The kitchen is very limited, so you may wish to bring your own pans if you intend to cook. We would 10/10 stay here again!

Last minute getaway

We ended up in Destin as a last-second resort after a schedule cruise was canceled due to the coronavirus scare. We found this beautiful three bedroom three bathroom condo with enough space for our guests. The condo was very well laid out and had all the parts and pans and dishes we needed to make it a very memorable vacation. The views from the 23rd floor were incredible. I would definitely recommend!

Overall it was great stay. We enjoyed it very much. We feel that there should have been better communication about check in. There was plenty of towels. But no extra blankets trashbags or minor cleaning supplies to assist with keeping the home tidy. Other than that it was a great location and everythingwas great.

Almost perfect

Beautiful location/views from balconies. The layout served us well with 2 en suites and 3rd br with bunk beds and 3rd bath. Only thing that could have made things better would have been a better equipped kitchen. There were minimal utensils, not even hot pads so cooking was a challenge. We never met a property manager, thus the low rating on that question. All in all, we highly recommend!

Beautifully decorated and very spacious

Very spacious unit with great views of the beach. End unit with ceiling to floor windows in the common Adar. Ample seating for a large group. Seating was comfortable in the living room. TV in all rooms. 3 bedrooms and and 3 bathrooms made it very comfortable for 4 adults. Ample towels provided and nice fresh linen on all beds. My only complaint is that the guest bathroom room wasn’t clean, carpet in the living room not thoroughly vacuumed or dusted. Towel from the previous guest was left hanging in the guest bathroom room. Mold on the shower floor, guest bathroom only.

Another great family vacation, our 4th!

This is our 4th time to go to Seascape/Ariel Dunes for our family vacation and once again, we loved it. The condo was perfect. Clean, roomy and a beautiful view. The pool was great and the beach was awesome, albeit crowded. The new Seascape Town Center has a couple of great new restaurants and a fun arcade. My only suggestion to Ariel Dunes is to step up their Fitness Gym game. The gym is pitiful. Cramped with old equipment. It’s an afterthought. That area is very important to a lot of people so I would like to see them add square footage and totally remodel it with all-new equipment.

Lovely Condo but…

We absolutely loved this condo! The living areas have great space and nice comfy furniture. We loved the view from the balcony and listening to the waves!! There is one exception to this unit. The beds are disappointingly uncomfortable. The master is all right and if the sheets had fit it would’ve been fine. The queen is worn out, lumpy, and uncomfortable. The springy, squeaky, bunk is a Joke. We had a couple of cool nights and an extra blanket would have been nice. (Mentioned in previous reviews) There isn’t even a blanket for the sofa bed! Why have this lovely, lovely unit and then scrimp on the bedding?? A good nights sleep is a big part of vacation! If the bedding were upgraded we would totally stay here again.
