This home is snowbird-friendly and located in a peaceful, bike-friendly neighborhood of Panama City Beach, with coded beach access within a short walk of your front door. It's a great base for exploring, with a spacious parking area behind the house and all sorts of attractions within a short drive. Head to Camp Helen State Park (four miles), the shops and restaurants of Pier Park (five miles), picturesque Alys Beach (six miles), or bustling Seaside (15 miles) for a memorable day out.



Lovingly built by the owner himself, this family house has an inviting, retro style that will immediately make you feel at home. The main living area is spacious and open, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a living room warmed by an impressive brick fireplace. Take in the beautiful view of the water, stream your favorite movies on the smart TV (with your own account credentials), and set up your favorite board games at the table.
