The recently renovated, well-stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counters, custom cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. A gas grill is also provided.
A half bath and laundry room with washer/dryer is on the main floor. Upstairs has two bedrooms, each with a connecting private bath. Listen to "beach music" in the spacious gulf front master that has a super-comfortable King bed, with Premium Luxe mattress/soft sheets & HD TV.
The second bedroom also has same high-end Queen mattress/bed & HD TV.
Sugar Sandy Beach is only steps away from our large beachside deck which has a Latched-Gate for added safety (kids & doggies)! Your four-legged family member is welcome to join you...given house broken, well-behaved, and well-groomed!

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed the Townhouse and the abundant amenities. The accommodations were comfortable, well decorated and all the amenities were in perfect working condition. Cleanliness is very important and we were not disappointed. The homeowner is friendly and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be returning for future vacations.

Ideal layout for a small group to maximize beach time

Our group was two couple friends and pups. Very beachy aesthetic, location, and overall comfortable vibe. The owners have thoughtfully marked everything and supplied everything needed for the beach from chairs, to a frisbee, etc.—even a blue tooth speaker! The deck is awesome for early morning coffee and dolphin watching (we saw several not 20 yards out) as well as for afternoon and evening sunsets and grilling on a clean well-equipped Weber grill. The beds in the upstairs bedrooms were both quite comfortable with temperpedic-like top/topper. Nothing pretentious about this place or the kind owners. Everything you should want in a beach trip!

ONE NIGHT WITH MY DAD AND BOYFRIEND

WE STAYED HERE FOR ONE NIGHT OVER EASTER WEEKEND. MY DAD LIVES IN PCB BUT WANTED AN EXPERIENCE ON THE BEACH, THIS PLAY WAS PERFECT. WALTER WAS GREAT AND EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING. THE PLACE IS AS ADVERTISED AND THE VIEW/LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT! WISH WE COULD HAVE STAYED LONGER AND WILL BE LOOKING TO BOOK THIS LOCATION IN THE FUTURE!

Bliss… 2 weeks in March

You will not be disappointed. This spacious 2-storey beachfront townhome with multiple decks was the perfect choice for our March vacation. Also close to a nice dog park, pickleball and groceries too. The sunsets are amazing. Thanks to Walt for ensuring everything was perfect.
