Just a short drive away lies the sandy shores of Pensacola Beach, where you'll be able to sit down and relax with a good book in hand while you bask in the sun. You'll also find jet ski rentals, restaurants, and more! Downtown Historic Pensacola is the place to be for a variety of brew pubs, coffee houses, wine bars, and delicious dine-in eateries. On Sundays, you'll be able to pick up some fresh bread and homemade jams at the P'Coola Farmer's Market on Palafox.

We absolutely loved our stay! Located in a beautiful neighborhood in Gulf Breeze, we were able to rest our heads here while still getting explore downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. Couldn't be happier with our visit.

Our stay was amazing! The house was very easy to find, and in a great location. Across the street, there is plenty to do for all ages including a playground, splash pad, tennis and basketball courts, skate park, trails, plus so much more! It was clean when we arrived, and the pool was so inviting! The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for everything we brought with us. The house had a simple, relaxing vibe. I would absolutely recommend staying here, and we are planning to come back next summer!

This house is perfect and cozy. The park is right across the street. Fenced in yard was perfect for my 2 lil pups. The kids loved the pool. Also a short drive to the beach and grocery is near by.

The house was just as advertised. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The neighborhood was great. It’s right across the street from a big park. Easy access to Gulf Breeze proper and Pensacola Beach.

Great property in an amazing neighborhood. Close proximity to Pensacola Beach. The neighborhood has its own boat launch so bring your boat so you can explore private beaches and coves on the Santa Rosa sound. The only downside to the property is the outdated and hard to access pool. The pool lacks stairs to easily get in and out of..the only access point is a ladder that is hard to descend if you're of a certain age. Otherwise a great stay! Also being dog friendly was a huge plus for us as our dog is like a second child!

Gulf Breeze

Rented property specifically for the swimming pool. Pool had dirt in bottom and since they only service property on Thursday, we were unable to use pool. Very disappointed. 86 year old mother looked forward to using pool. Floor was bare concrete with throw rugs that had seen better days. Shower in master was so small you could barely get in the shower door. Would not rent this property sgain. Yard could have used mowing and better upkeep.
