This 4th-floor end unit's corner location gives you the opportunity to enjoy stunning water views from 3 sides and provides all the comforts of home! Enter this lovely condo and immediately feel right at home. The condo features a NEW, well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, a dining area, and living area with new comfy sofa sleeper. Unit 412 provides plenty of space for the family to gather comfortably after a fun filled day at the beach and pool. The primary bedroom has a NEW king size bed with new bedding, private full bath, and windows with great views of the sunset over the pass. The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin bed and private access to the hall full bath. This condo also had fresh paint and new tile throughout in spring of 2014. With many new attributes and the beautiful views, location and comfort are only two of the many things Magnolia House #412 has to offer.

Great visit

Great visit, as always - first time we rented with Vacasa - communication was excellent. They emailed me, as specified, a couple of days before visit with check-in info - everything was accurate and complete. We had no issues and the rental company communicated with us throughout our visit. Would definitely use them again. :)

A little bit of the Bahamas in Destin, FL!

We really enjoyed our trip to Destin! This was my first trip to Destin, FL. We had an amazing view from our room. Our room was very nice and clean. Our room overlooked the pool and the bay. I loved sitting and watching all of the boats go by and the beautiful sunsets!! I felt like we were on a little, private island. The tram took us right to the beach or walking provided views of wildlife and lovely surroundings. We would definitely like to visit this area again and would book the same room if available. Thank you for such a nice stay!!!
