Upon arrival we were notified that our amenities were suspended because the host had not paid their HOA dues. We were unable to use the pool, basketball courts, pickle ball etc. We were very disappointed because the whole reason we booked the Palms of Destin was for the pool. Security was very nice and helpful but I would not recommend booking through Avari.
