Located in the northeast of Mallorca, in the beautiful area of Cala Ratjada, this spacious and charming holiday home, Vista Mar – Font de Sa Cala, is situated directly on the beachfront with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea. With 450 m² of living space, the house can accommodate up to 10 guests, spread across 5 cosy bedrooms, 4 fully equipped bathrooms, a modern kitchen, and a spacious living/dining area.

During construction and furnishing, great care was taken to preserve the traditional Mallorcan style, creating a warm, authentically Mediterranean atmosphere—without sacrificing modern comforts.

A real highlight is the large covered terrace right by the pool, accessed through two elegant arched doorways with curtains that evoke Oriental architecture. Here you’ll find a large dining table and a comfortable seating area with rattan furniture—the perfect spot to relax with a fantastic view of the sea.

The bedrooms also offer breathtaking views: four of them are furnished with double beds, and one with two single beds. The typical Mediterranean built-in closets not only provide ample storage space but also blend harmoniously with the rustic style of the house. One of the bathrooms is en suite, and there is also a separate guest bathroom.

The modern built-in kitchen combines functionality with rustic charm: an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, dishes, and small appliances such as a coffee maker and toaster are provided. The living/dining area impresses with a large dining table and lovingly selected furnishings—a perfect blend of rustic charm and contemporary comfort.

Outside, the breathtaking view of the sea is a particular highlight—one you can even enjoy while swimming in the pool. The adjoining sun terrace with lounge chairs, surrounded by pine trees, palm trees, and Mediterranean shrubs, creates an oasis of tranquility—ideal for relaxing holiday days.
