Home away from home

Everything at this property was great. Have stayed at Sterling Shores multiple times and will again! Destin continues to grow and traffic stinks but that’s not SS’s fault.

Great Condo!

PH19 was very clean and had excellent appointments. Views were great of the Gulf and Destin. Rarely do we find a condo in such great shape and will definitely rent again. Sterling Shores property was clean and the gated aspect made it seems so much more secure.

Best view and unit at Sterling Shores

We've usually stayed on the eastern side at Sterling Shores over the last 13 years, but this was the first on the west. We caught ourselves looking more out to the strip and watching traffic at night. Fireworks as far as the eye could see on the 4th of July. Cleanest and best condo we've stayed at here. Easily, will stay in this condo again in the future.

Love, love, love PH19!

I absolutely love, love, love PH19. As soon I walked through the door, I was blown away at how beautiful this penthouse was. The pictures online was exactly how it looked. The view of the ocean was perfect. The access to the beach is just a hop, skip and a jump...perfect location. The penthouse was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. It had beautiful modern decor and very clean. I have adopted this place as my second home. I WILL be back again and again. Five stars for everything!

Challenging with wasted time

The property had one working elevator out of three. We stood in line daily to use the one elevator as we were on the top floor having reserved a PH. We stood on line with heavy items in the heat. Very discouraging.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us, Delynna, we hope that you had a great stay. We apologize for the inconvenience because of the elevator issue. We will make sure to follow to the appropriate parties so that this will not cause an issue for our future guests. While we understand it does not correct the issues you experienced, we do hope that the compensation we have since issued your party demonstrates our desire to make it right. Thank you for this chance to improve, and we hope you'll allow us the chance to better impress you in the future.

Plenty of space with amazing view

Beautiful place! Amazing views! Arriving later in the evening made check-in quite frustrating because there was nobody available to help except for the Vacasa phone service (which was not helpful). Thankfully there was a security guard phone number and he directed us to our room after a different guy got the main gate code to work for us. This space was huge with beautiful modern decor. The kitchen was fully equipped with basic dishes and cookware. The patio was oversized and offered great seating and breathtaking views. One disappointing feature was the pool access and the beach access were locked at 10pm. So we could only enjoying the sounds and the views from the patio, which I guess wasn’t all bad. This condo was clean and spacious, but may I suggest it is due for an overall deep cleaning. We really did enjoy our stay and would definitely stay here again.
